From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:1.0rc1) Gecko/20020417
BuildID: 2002041711

When visiting a flash + shockwave player enabled web-site (the web-site visited
was www.sennheiser.co.uk in thsi case), mozilla brings up a window asking to
visit the macromedia site to install the players. (This is obviously when I
first visited a flash web-sute right after installation of mozilla) I downloaded
the .exe install file, and when installation reached 99% the computer crashed.
Only thing the computer responded to was pressing alt+ctrl+delete twice to
restart PC.

Reproducible: Didn't try
if you were installing the flash.exe, then this would be a macromedia bug. Did
mozilla produce a stack trace?
I uninstalled, then re-installed newest nighly build. Then reinstalled both
shockwave and lfash for nestscape (from the macromedia site). I cannot
reproduce this.

marking bug as invalid untill we get a reproducible testcase.
