For the Tokyo office we have bought a dedicated computer for running Vidyo in our meeting room and have had the TYO_2712_Fujiyama virtual Vidyo room setup. However, we require a dedicated account that can be used to login to Vidyo on that computer (since we don't want meeting participants to have to enter their LDAP credentials each time they use the meeting room and then remember to log out). Hopefully I have the right component for this! Thanks!
Linear, is there anything I can do to make this happen? We have the hardware in place, we just need the account to use.

Hello Brian, Apologies for the delay, I needed to get several layers of approval before creating the Vidyo room account. When you stated that you have a computer that you've repurposed into a Vidyo machine: does that mean that you have Vidyo Desktop installed on the machine? Or did you completely re-image the device to be a standalone Vidyo box? For now, I've created the user account "tyo2712" with the password set as "password". Let me know if that works for you, and we can work together to create a new long term password for the vidyo room. Log in to the portal using those credentials and let me know if that works for you. Hi Mark, Thanks for getting back to me. We have a completely new computer dedicated to Vidyo (and I suppose Skype, presenting etc. but basically it's the meeting room TV computer). We have installed Vidyo desktop on it. I have just tried logging in with the provided credentials. The first time it came up with a message "Logged out" but the second time it worked. The only oddity is I see two copied of the TYO_2712_Fujiyama meeting room listed in the contacts. I'm not sure if that's expected or not.

Hello Brian, The duplicate could be a leftover from the initial account creation. Try searching again, that should be resolved by now. If it is, I can go ahead and close out this bug. Thanks, Mark
