Please deploy syncstorage 1.6.11 to Production and verify.  This version includes some cleanups to ensure that all reported size limits are inclusive, and a change to run `OPTIMIZE TABLE` after each purge of batch upload tables.

The table-optimizing behaviour is on by default, but can be preffed off if necessary by doing this in config:

  optimize_table_after_purge = false
