Steps to reproduce:

Keystroked shift cmd M for new message in browser... 


Actual results:

New message did not come up.  Feature works in 2.40, but not in 2.46 & 2.48


Expected results:

New message window should have appeared.
Should be fixed in 2.49.1 released yesterday:
