We have to open a sqlite database in InitOrigin(), we need to make sure that file size of the database and the wal file is processed after the database is closed.

Ok, I had to refresh my memory a bit. We don't need to fix this bug anymore because we changed all InitOrigin() methods to not use QuotaObjects in bug 1576593.
