141422 - On certain errors cancel causes composer to stop

When trying to send certain emails with errors in it and then select "cancel" if
mozilla asks to send it anyway the composer window doesn't work anymore (The
cursor is gone and no more entered text appears).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Type message with the euro sign (ALT-0128)
2.Send
3.Select "cancel" in the error dialog 

Actual Results:  Returns to the composer window but the cursor is gone and no
entered text is shown

Expected Results:  The cursor should shown and I should be able to continue /
change my message.

I've also seen this behaviour with other error dialogs.

Use ISO8859-2 encoding to reproduce the bug (as ISO8859-15 doesn't give an error).

When this happens: Can you test moving the main window(s) and see if an alert is
hiding behind them?

"I tried moving the main window and no alert is hiding behind it. The odd thing
as that I am still able to change the "subject fields" and the "to" fields and I
am able to select text from the compose window. But no cursor or no way to
change the text. You can try it yourself by composing a new message in
Western-ISO8859-2 encoding and the euro sign in it (with ALT-0128) and then
"Send" and choose "Cancel" for the warning window. "

I still think this is a focus-loss bug, related to bug 122765

Actually this sounds very similar to bug 134184. That is marked as WORKSFORME. 
Reporter, can you reproduce this bug with a recent build?

With the latest 1.1BETA build I'm unable to reproduce the problem anymore (could
be that its fixed). The only problem that still exists but shouldn't probably be
reported here is that after an error dialog the focus isn't returned to the
compose window.
