User Story

The addon must come from AMO therefore we only need to send an addon ID.

Next steps:
- Confirm what is the add-on ID that needs to be passed and the mechanism by which the ID is passed from the website to the attribution service

AMO handles two add-on IDs: the guid that is usually included in the manifest and the listing ID. I believe we want to have stub installers with themes, which currently don't have guids, so that leaves the listing ID, which is just a number.
