Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.0rc1) Gecko/20020417
BuildID:    2002041711

After clicking the column separator in the 'Manage Cookies' dialog box, the
pointer continues to be the horizontal arrow, not the diagonal pointer.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools->Cookie Manager->Manage stored cookies->Stored cookies tab.

2. Click on the column separator between the second and third column. that is
the column separator after 'cookie name'. Do not resize the column. Just click.
Move the mouse.

Actual Results: The pointer continues to be the 'horizontal two sided arrow'.
And the mouse cannot be used after that in that dialog box. Only a few random
clicks later, does the pointer come back to the arrow position.

Expected Results: If without resizing the column, i just click, the pointer
must be back to normal.
resembles bug 137300, but unable to reproduce on XP, 2002043010
Which kind of mouse are you using?
