Steps to reproduce:

* Use a Huawei P10 mobile phone or Nexus 6
* Navigate to http://download.blender.org/peach/bigbuckbunny_movies/big_buck_bunny_480p_h264.mov

Expected results:

Video will play

Actual results:

Video timeline progresses but shows only black

Although repro isn't 100% reliable so there is still a possibility it was something earlier. Mozregression leads me to:

FWIW, I can play this on my Pixel XL with the latest nightly.
This is probably fixed by bug 1413230, which I just pushed to inbound.
