As part of migrating over from https://fx-test-jenkins.stage.mozaws.net/: when you get a chance, please copy over the relevant config values from https://qa-preprod-master.fxtest.jenkins.stage.mozaws.net/configure to https://qa-master.fxtest.jenkins.stage.mozaws.net/configure
In particular, the Global Properties (Environment Variables) and Global Pipeline Libraries.
(We'll have to address the Credentials/Keys/Secrets, separately.)
