I suspect that it may have something to do with the changes we ported in Bug 1396563, since some of the failures appear related to devtools-shim. The other possibility is that it has something to do with still being on 57.0b1, where as other things are expecting 58 era code. Pike, is there anything obvious that jumps out at you, looking at these logs? If not, I'll spend some time trying to detangle the logs and figure out exactly what is failing.

We'll need to uplift 535c47ddb055 and e6c1d0bc8fa5 to comm-beta. I haven't looked in that much deeper, but I don't think that there's more in https://hg.mozilla.org/comm-central/log?rev=file%28%22mail%2Flocales%2FMakefile.in%22%29+and+6d35f2d9bf66%3A%3A+and+not+6d35f2d9bf66
