Using server side filtering/moving of messages (sieve) causes messages not to be
identified as new until the subfolder is clicked.
Even with user_pref("mail.check_all_imap_folders_for_new") set to true it
doesn't work.
When using client side message filters this isn't a problem.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a sieve filter which moves a message to a subfolder
2.Send a message to yourself which will trigger the filter rule
3.Click get messages (nothing happens apparently)
4.Click on the subfolder to which the messages was moved (new message will appear)


Expected Results:  After step 3. the count of new messages in the left pane of
mailnews should be update with the new message count
