We have code to work around a 32/64 bit inconsistency in Debian's configuration, where-by the 32-bit Android SDK binaries wouldn't run out of the box.  Now that we've updated the Android SDK to 25+ (Bug 1370119), the Android SDK binaries are 64-bit and run out of the box.

We need to remove the workarounds around http://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/python/mozboot/mozboot/debian.py#120.
