User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0 Build ID: 20171107220115 Steps to reproduce: OS: macOS 10.13.1 I have two monitors. The first has a Firefox window open in fullscreen displaying a Youtube video. The second has another Firefox window that has the current focus. Actual results: The dock and menubar is hidden. Expected results: The dock and menubar should be visible while a non-fullscreen window is in focus.
