Screenshot of setting
See attached screenshot. Since users opt-in to this setting we could use this to automatically switch Firefox from default to Dark. Switching back from Dark to Light we could switch back to default (not Light). Default vs Light are very similar and Light seems to be used more to disable the frame color on Windows.
