STR:
1. replace position:relative with position:absolute on #item in these two files: 
layout/reftests/flexbox/flexbox-item-align-self-dynamic-pos-001-ref.html
layout/reftests/flexbox/flexbox-item-align-self-dynamic-pos-002-ref.html
2. run the corresponding reftests

They should pass.

(After fixing this bug we should make sure to include both the
relative/absolute reference files and run the tests against both.)
