Steps to Reproduce:
1.Simply go to these web sites (there are many other sites with the problem like
that, just search "Web Sites have Java Applet" via Google)

Actual Results:  Applet not loaded successfully

Thank you Mark, I found it and problem is resolved.  However Sun JRE 1.3.1_02 
doesn't come NPOJI610.dll for some reason, instead it includes NPOJI600.dll.
On Windows: 
Copy the NPOJI610.DLL from C:\JDK*\jre\bin to "\plugins" directory of your 
installation.

fixed is wrong..

JRE610.dll is for JRE1.4 (which fixed many bugs for me on win32)
Jre600.dll is for JRE1.3.X
