When Maximizing the browser, after minimizing to the task bar, the browser's
titlebar (with min,max, close buttons are)disappears.

Using Dual monitor setup (Matrox MillenniumG450 DualHead)

I have the same problem, titlebar disappears after minimize.  Don't know if this
is a Matrox driver problem, but Mozilla is the only app affected that I have found.

Matrox Dual-Head G450, driver 5.74.22.0

11/27/02 - Upon downloading v1.2 immediately minimized the application, then 
maximized it.  Title bar w/application name, etc was lost.

When opening another app, Internet Explorer, titlebar returned, but in place of 
menu bar (file,editview,etc.)

My company no longer has that machine, nor do I have Mozilla installed so I am

ok.  I'm 99% sure the underlying issue is the same here as in bug 140249.  The
steps-to-reproduce are identical and the symptom there was what you mentioned in
comment 8).
