Would it be possible to get the following: ?

1. [e-mail] or [e-mail] email addresses.
2. Get a Google Apps account linked to fosdem@mozilla.{org,com} (whichever is possible)

By who would this be used:
- Mozilla contributors involved in the organisation of FOSDEM varying from year to year. Those contributors should be part of the Reps program or covered by an NDA.

What would it be used for:
- Front facing communication such as "Code of conduct" related issues, contact with the "FOSDEM team", centralisation of questions from our volunteers.
- Reference address for any Mozilla - FOSDEM related issues from a public stand of view.
- Have a durable point of contact from year to year as we actually miss some informations due to the multitude of existing contact point.
- Store related FOSDEM documents so they could be used and referenced on later years to ease the organisation of the event.
- Our call for papers and call for volunteers would be done through Google Forms from this account.

This would also allow to have all Mozilla@Fosdem informations stored in Mozilla premises to avoid loss of informations and maintain proper handling of those.

The Participation Systems team is on the verge of deploying a Mozillians.org-based system that may meet your needs here - it should be deployed in the next few days. 

If it's OK with you, let's sit on this until you can see what that looks like and decide if it meets your needs?

I think we have a nice offering for you: Mozilla IAM Team Drives and Discourse.

Team Drives give you the ability to:
* Store documents
* Google Forms (including submissions)

A group inbox on Discourse would allow you to:
* One contact email address, centralization/history of questions
* Durable reference address / point of contact
