Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to about:preferences.
2. On the General tab, under Browsing, check [x] Use autoscrolling.
3. Click the middle button anywhere in the Preferences page.


Actual results:

No effect.


Expected results:

The autoscroll circle should appear and start autoscrolling.
