mozilla adds the original addresses in a list to the sent message about 10 times
instead of one.  then mozilla addes these same copies of the original members of
the list to the list.  actually, probably the other way around.  I am saved by
my sendmailer, which deletes duplicate email addresses in a given outgoing
message.  I think this is relatevly new; I think lists were working for a while
in 0.9.x

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.I create a mailing list in the pab
2.I add entries from collected addresses or from ldap
3.I send a message to the list.

Actual Results:  original addresses in list are reproduced about 10 times in the
outgoing msg <and> in the original list

Expected Results:  only one copy of the addresses in the list should remain in
the list and go into the outgoing msg
