Filing here, not sure if there's a better place.

Bug 1402069 landed over night, I translated it.

Now:
* On my machine compare-locales (2.1) tells me that main.ftl is obsolete.
* elmo tells me that I'm missing a string, and seems to completely ignore the file?

Looking at the landing plan (e.g. bug 1280901), I would have expected this to work.
Oh wow, that file landed in 
browser/preferences/main.ftl

instead of
browser/chrome/browser/preferences/main.ftl

Asking in bug 1402061, this is INVALID.
