when running the wdspec tests whe running move between the release firefox installed on the machine and the one in the objdir when running 

`./mach web-platform-tests`
Having a quick look I think James' theory of tests changing capabilities being the cause is correct

David, does this still happen to you? If yes, can you provide a trace log?
