Hello. I'm a student at University of Toronto, learning how to fix bugs in open source projects. I couldn't reproduce this bug. Is it being worked on or is it still an issue? If not I'd like to work on it as my first bug.

This should be fixed in Nightly 61.0a1 20180320220122 now that bug 1432672 makes about:newtab preferences open up about:preferences. https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/70fe801fb934
