Let's do away with plain text and mirror the new Synced Tabs menu panel in the Synced Tabs sidebar.

It should appear exactly as the menu panel, except should respond to when the sidebar is at its narrowest (169px).

This seems fine to me, with the caveat that I don't review a lot of css changes (so it's a bit of rs+).
