There are many people who was using Firefox for addons like pentadactyl to get vim-like operating experience. In the new WebExtension approach, it could be pretty hard to do something as perfect as before. Although I'm not a user of that addon, it seems to be the top desired addon of Firefox from my friends. I've seen several people switched to Pale Moon from Firefox because of pentadactyl. [1][2] (You may see more with searching "pentadactyl" on Twitter) I wonder whether it would be a good idea to integrate pentadactyl into Firefox directly, so that people don't need addon to do that, and it could also attract certain people to switch Firefox for this unique feature.
