Steps to reproduce:
Set primary monitor to 3840x2160 and 175% scaling.
Set secondary monitor to 1900x1080 and 100% scaling.
Open fire fox on secondary monitor.
Open extension with drop down, like last pass.
Actual results:
Contents of drop down are too large and overflow the drop down's boarders.
Expected results:
Contents of drop down should scale properly to the monitor they are on.
