Steps to reproduce:
1. Update to Firefox Quantum 57.0 in the Release Channel
2. Follow the `Let’s get started` tour, jump to the `Library` section
3. Click the `Show Library Menu`, the menu open automatically with `Library` highlighted.
4. Click the highlighted `Library` submenu, my library comes in
5. Click the `Show Library Menu` AGAIN
Actual results:
An highlight indicator comes out with the wrong place
Expected results:
No indicator anymore when in the library

Yes its a known issue that we didn't handle the highlight situation when user already open the appmenu but he/she is in the submenu
