What did you do?
================
1. Open Firefox
2. Go to the latest Firefox Download Page
3. Select a version I want to download (I choose Windows 64bits Zh-TW)

Link:
https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-latest-ssl&os=win64&lang=zh-TW

What happened?
==============
The page shows "The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed."

error code:"SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER"

What should have happened?
==========================
It probably let me download the new version of Firefox...

Is there anything else we should know?
======================================
I don't see that issue when visiting that link, but I'll move this to the bouncer component so that they can investigate. Thanks for filing.

Could you please share what the certificate is ? You should be able to see this from the "i" icon at the left of the address bar.

This looks like a MITM to me, but yes, please paste the certificate.
