This is pretty much bug 1416621, but for Thunderbird and SeaMonkey. Please enable them now that the merge has been completed.

> Merge day is upon us. We need to:
> * Update the target milestones from 58 to 59.
> * Unblock release 59 status/tracking flags
> * Disable release 55
