Follow up on some panel labels for German that took way too much space where horizontal space is critical, like the panel tabs.

Examples: Network: Netzwerkanalyse, Performance: Laufzeitanalyse

Thanks for filing. You're saying it's a follow up, is it a follow-up of another bug? If yes, let's link it here somehow.
Also, can you explain what the goal is? Is it to make horizontal space handling in tabs better in DevTools? Or is it to shorten those German translations?

The impact is unknown as we don't have telemetry of how much space people have. We know most users have 1366x768 screens and use the tools horizontally. Even if we had data we would have a chicken & egg problem: users might not use the tools in small sizes because parts of the UI they become unusable (while most features still work great!).

Lets punt on this until we have better data.

If/when we move to fluent, we could have pseudolocales from https://github.com/projectfluent/fluent.js/issues/83 that will help with this.
