When downloading a File there is a copy of the file in the browser cache (which
is not properly deleted, but there are already bugs on that). But there is also
a copy of the file stored in the temp folder (e.g. c:\temp in my case). The
problem is that ther may not be enought disk space for two copies of a big file.
For example today I downloaded a 50MB File and told mozilla to save it to
d:\downloads because diskspace on HD c:\ was short. But my Mozilla Profile and
my Temp Dir are both on HD c:\. So even though I told Mozilla to save the 50MB
file to d:\downloads I still needed 100MB diskspace on HD c:\ because mozilla
temporarily stores a copy of the file in the cache and one in temp folder. This
behaviour gets more anoying the bigger the files that should be downloaded are.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Empty the Browser Cache, the systems temp folder and the target directory
2. Download a file, preferably a very big one
3. while download is runnig you can see two growing files one in the cache and
one in the temp folder.

Actual Results: Browser can't download a big file to a HD where there is
enought space when the cache folder and the systems temp folder are on a HD with
not enought space for the downloaded file

Expected Results: When choosing a HD with enought space to save a file to ther
should be no error saying not enought space.
This is a duplicate of the "we spool stuff to the temp directory" bug...
