User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:58.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/58.0
Build ID: 20171115114231
Steps to reproduce:
I open https://open.spotify.com, try to listen to any song but it doesn't play.
Actual results:
As you can see in the file I attached, it shows me the following message "Some audio or video on this site uses DRM software, which may limit what Firefox can let you do with it." even though "Play DRM-controlled content" is enabled.
Expected results:
It should've played the music as DRM-controlled content is enabled, this is a bug in both Firefox 57 and 58. But works as expected in 56<

Hello Johannes,
Thanks for your feedback...
I was trying to reproduce this issue on my Windows 10 but unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this symptom from 56 to 59 Firefox.
I'd like to ask for your help!
Could you please provide some details for as below?
1. Please navigate to the "about:support" and paste the information.
2. Does the "it doesn't play" mean that
- There is no response when pressing "play" button?
- The slider thumb moves without sound.
3. Is there any way to recover(Like refresh the page or restart the Firefox)?
- please try to disable and enable "Play DRM-controlled content" again and see if it helps?
4. Could you please play
https://shaka-player-demo.appspot.com/demo/#asset=//demo.unified-streaming.com/video/tears-of-steel/tears-of-steel-dash-widevine.ism/.mpd;lang=zh-TW
and let me know you can hear and see the video/audio normally?
5. It would be nice if you can restart the Firefox with a clean profile.
- Navigate to about:profiles create a new profile then set it as default and restart.
- We suspect that there might be some add-ons or preferences that make the issue happen.
Thank for your help.

Hello Johannes,
In addition,
I wrote a script which might make you record our log easily
I upload the script to github.io.
https://jameswccheng.github.io/dump_firefox_log/
Could you please also try this?
Thank you so much.

¡Hola Johannes!
I also can't reproduce this on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0 ID:20171116220410
Perhaps a variant of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1359723
¡Gracias!

Kindly close, it wasn't working with the final BETA 57, but it appears to work now when I'm on Firefox 58.0b4.
