Various session restore issues with extension pages in tabs on startup.
Since this is impacting our end users, what is the plan to resolve this?
I am seeing this issue occur under a couple of circumstances, indeed the restore state is interfering with the new tab api and what has been set to show on startup. Appears to work correctly after a 2nd browser restart for whatever reason.

This actually seems to work fine.  Not sure we need to do anything at this point.
