Details 
For QA / UX to view leanplum campaign in the wild, we need a easy way to get their device ID.
Assignee: nobody → cnevinchen
just consult with :timdream
webextension can't access about:config. So it's quite safe here.
Besides, other people can't really do anything bad with this leanplum device id :)
