Notification bar is white in Firefox 57 which prevents me from being able to see the white text in my notification bar.

Steps to reproduce:
Installed Firefox 57.
Actual results:
Notification bar is the same color as the text in the notification bar.
Expected results:
Text in notification bar should be a contrasting color.
