Steps to reproduce:
1. Install and use the Adapta GTK theme (I'm running xubuntu 17.04)
2. Install and run Firefox Nightly 59.0a1 (32-bit)
3. Visit the about:config page
4. Set the value of 'Enable widget.allow-client-side-decoration' to true
Actual results:
A bigger set of window buttons appeared overlapping a smaller set.
Expected results:
Only one set of window buttons should have appeared.
