Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0
Build ID: 20171112125346
Steps to reproduce:
- close Firefox
- install software that opens a web page at the end
note: I usually open Firefox first so when I install something it doesn't start the browser, it just opens the page. The only reason I noticed this is that I use Autohotkey (a hotkey scripting software) that normally works in Firefox but this time it didn't because it was elevated (requiring the script to also run as elevated to work).
Also, I don't know if this is supposed to happen and if it is, feel free to disregard and close/delete this bug.
Actual results:
Firefox started with administrative privileges and showed the web page.
Expected results:
Firefox should have started without administrative privileges and showed the web page.
