Steps to reproduce:
There's not enough padding/spacing below the bookmarks toolbar. There should be a few more pixels of breathing room below the buttons as there is on the top.
This has been an issue for a long time with Firefox. It's really very minor obviously, but it throws off the otherwise very nice UI, especially relevant to FF 57.

Since a new UI is being tested, maybe it's a good time to look at this? Still not fixed on the current nightly (90.0a1 (2021-04-28)).
