20020501 branch build on Wins

Importing certificate through Certificate Manager,  I entered password that was
used to encrypt this certificate backup, Alert dialog appears saying that Failed
to restore the PKCS #12 file for unknown reason. Finally, I figured out myself
the reason is incorrect password. The Alert dialog should have pointed out the
specific reason.

1. Edit | Prefs | Privacy & Security | Certificates
2. Click on 'Manage Certificates' button to launch Certificate Manager dlg
3. Click on Import button
4. Select a file name to Restore
5. enter the master password for the Software Security Device
6. Password Entry Dialog appears for you to enter the password that was used to
encrypt this certificate backup

Actual results: Alert dialog appears saying that "Failed to restore the PKCS #12
file for unknown reason" 

Expected results: If incorrect password, Alert dialog should point out the
specific reason
