User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0 Build ID: 20171112125346 Steps to reproduce: When running on Windows 7 with the Default theme, Firefox 57 shows black background from the Dark theme for inactive tabs. It looks hideous and very out of place. In comparison, when running on Windows 8.1 with Default theme, Firefox 57 assumes the window's border color for the inactive tabs background, which looks fine.
