This doesn't work, because the schedules uses https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/ca379fcca95b1f4a3744242ea8647004b99b3507/taskcluster/taskgraph/optimize.py#367-371 to look in mercurial for moz.build files, which doesn't take into account comm-central files (which is bug 1414043).
