List of emailed people
Usually when a user answer to a needinfo request he doesn't get emailed himself from its own change.
However, to day I answered to a needinfo request on me on this bug : https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1354332
But in the same time it made another needinfo request I created obsolete so I also canceled that needinfo request in the same bug update.
The result was quite strange: I was not in the list of emailed persons at the top of the bug after updating, but still received an email though.
This email was about a needinfo cancelation, not on the other person, but on mine.
