[Affected platforms]:
- macOS 10.13
- Windows 10 x64

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Enable the Title Bar (Hamburger Menu > Customize... > check Title Bar)

[Expected result]:
- The Tab Bar has a lighter color, it can almost be confused with the light theme. 

[Actual result]:
- The Tab Bar has a dark color.

[Regression range]:
- last good build id: 20170712030204
- first bad build id: 20170713030205
Mozregression concluded that bug 1379268 might have caused the problem. 

[Additional notes]:

- This happens with the default theme or change the settings for the way the apps are displayed from your computer.

This was done on purpose in bug 1379268, because there's a visible lag when switching otherwise. The best solution may be to draw the titlebar ourselves, though I'm happy to take other suggestions.

This issue no longer occurs in our latest builds, closing as Works for me.
