Device: LG G4 (Android 5.1)
Build: Nightly 59 (2017-11-20);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to m.twitter.com, m.facebook.com.
2. On twitter, tap on the login fields, or when logged in, tap the search field.
3. On facebook, logged in, tap in the Add status text-box, or in the search bar when adding a location to your status.

Expected result:
The keyboard should be triggered.

Actual result:
Not always will the keyboard pop-up, sometimes it looks like the text input is frozen, the blinker is not displayed either.

Notes: Not 100% reproducible. It usually appears after a few tries, or if you trigger the keyboard in a different text field.

I need to make some updates to this bug, as I've determined the way to reproduce this by testing the web apps.
Initially, I've created the bug based on Comment 5 from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1351001#c5, seeing the same/a similar issue with the keyboard, but now I need to make it clear that this bug is related to web apps and not repro on 57.
STR: 
1. Open a web app, like twitter.com.
2. In the main browser activity, open twitter or facebook and try to type in the login, search or other text fields.
The keyboard is not being displayed, but will be eventually, if you switch the page (e.g. tap Forgot password).
