Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the browser
2. Open https://hex.pm/



Actual results:

Before the page shows correctly, there's a brief moment when styles are not applied.

The same happens when later refreshing the site (attached is a recording of what happens on refresh).

The only stylesheet on that page is linked in the head section.


Expected results:

Page should load correctly.

On my system you I get the issue only with older builds in case of a fresh load but not during a reload.
That changed with this checkin:
