Steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure that "Show missed reminders" is on
2. Create an event more than 31 days ago and set a reminder


Actual results:

No reminder appears for the newly-created event


Expected results:

A reminder should appear for the newly-created event
Correct, Lightning checks only one month in the past and future for reminders on purpose due to performance reasons.
