Steps to reproduce:
Just logged in and went to statements. When I click to view or save, nothing happens. Pop-ups are turned off, so I don't think that was an issue. It seems to happen at several banking sites.
Actual results:
Nothing
Expected results:
I could view or save my credit card statement

Please troubleshoot with Safe Mode: https://support.mozilla.org/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
I did try it safe mode beffore I reported this. I have no trouble with Opera, Chrome or Edge
Ernest can you please provided some more information about the banking sites you are using? Due to security concerns we cannot ask for details regarding your accounts/statements, but a way to try to reproduce the issue(and fix).
Can you please provide the Firefox build and ID that you are using?
Also, you could try to create a new profile, you have the steps here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager and see if the problem is still reproducible. Hope this helps. Thank you
