57.0 installer copies tabs 3+ times, into random positions, drops tabs, requires about:sessionrestore


Expected results:

57.0 should restore tabs from last time when upgrading

Can you include more details about how to reproduce this? I'm especially confused because bug 1419625 lists very different problems. How are you upgrading? Does this reproduce every time? With all profiles? What's different to your approach compared to 1419625, given the results are different?

So far, you're the only person I know of to have reported this, and you're definitely not the only person who's updated, so there must be something specific about your setup that's causing the problem -- but there are no details in your bugreport that help us figure out what that might be.
