Related to bug 1419789. We need to keep the size constant, I think ~1TB would be good. This will depend on how often people access historical data. Then the job will: - Backup tables from N days ago to s3 - Remove said tables

Not doing more work on telemetry aggregates. Replaced with GLAM.
